Hospital Policies: For patient safety, latex balloons are not permitted in children’s wing. I create beautiful arrangements using only microfoil balloons and I’ll always contact the facility to verify their helium or air-fill policies. In some cases hospital staff will deliver to the patients room and in some cases they permit me to deliver the balloon arrangement.
Residential Deliveries: I typically require 1–3 days’ notice.. Deliveries are scheduled between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. I call the recipient the evening before to confirm a delivery window. Note: To protect your investment, I will not leave bouquets on a doorstep; someone must be home to receive them.
Hotel & Event Coordination: I require at least 2 weeks’ notice for events. Because I source premium materials that must be shipped into Idaho, this allows me to ensure your specific colors and supplies are on hand. I coordinate directly with hotel registration or event staff to ensure your decor is delivered to the right ballroom or guest room at the perfect time.
