Frequently Asked Questions

We’ve compiled a list of frequently asked questions (F.A.Q.) below. If you still have questions we would love to hear from you! You can read all the FAQ’s in order below or use the search bar to the right to quickly find one.

I’m sorry, I will not inflate your balloons.  You are paying for the design and my experience, not for the individual balloons themselves.

A little more explanation: You may buy the wrong size latex balloon or pick up an off brand latex or microfoil balloon(s) on line that has a defect. If that was the case I would not be able to replace the balloon(s) or complete the order if you didn’t buy enough balloons to complete your project. I wouldn’t want that to happen.

Personal checks, Corporate checks, cash Visa, MasterCard & AMEX are accepted.

If you are planning an event which includes things such as, but not limited to, room décor, centerpieces, entry decor, stage decor etc., as soon as you have a date and location, call  to secure the date.

How??  A $200 non-refundable retainer will lock your date in. This will be applied to your balance of course.  This also allows us time to talk and build on ideas to make your event one-of-a-kind experience.  Balance is paid in full 10 working days prior to the event.

Star, Nampa, Eagle, Meridian and Boise,

YES!!  Most definitely.  Sculptures, arches, columns, organic garlands, centerpieces and more can be done without helium. Visit our Portfolio

It’s never a good idea to inhale helium from a balloon.  Helium is not toxic but by inhaling, it can cause asphyxiation or loss of consciousness due to the lack of oxygen.  In some situations,  death could happen.  Be safe, just don’t do it.

Yes.  I am happy to provide a certificate of liability if requested for events.

Pin it!   Then Bin It!

There are many styles of arches.  Visit Our Portfolio for different style arch ideas available. Or perhaps you have a photo of an arch you’ve seen that you would like a quote on.

In all cases, knowing the questions below will help me provide a more accurate quote.

  • Know the height and the width you would like your arch to be.
  • Is the arch to be inside or outside?
  • Are you planning on having the arch over a single or double doorway, driveway, pool, stage or podium, to name a few examples?
  • Are there any obstacles such as trees or pokey things in the way of where you would like your arch placed?
  • How much time do we have to set up before your event?
  • What city is your event in?
  • What is the date of your event?

Good question.  There are all shapes, sizes and specialty balloons available.  Because these are not sold individually, but used in arrangements such as, bouquets, arches, columns etc, we only quote on the complete design.

Browse the portfolio section and you’ll bound to see something you like. Everything is custom done. Colors, sizes, designs are all taylored to you.

Just send me an email or give me a jiggle. Happy to help!

When Hi-Float is applied inside latex balloons it will extend the float time of latex balloons.    Using Hi-Float for latex balloons is best used indoors. Hi-Float is not meant for mylar/foil balloons.

When Hi-Float is used in latex helium-filled balloons, you should enjoy them for approximately:

  • 1-2 days using 11” balloons
  • 3-4 days using 16” balloons
  • 4-5 days if using 36” latex balloons

We come to you!   Depending on the size of your arch we may inflate on site.

I would love to, but I haven’t figured out how to control  the weather from wind, heat, rain, mist, static, theft or pokey things.

Normally yes. However, dealing with these uncertain times from Covid-19, deliveries to hospitals, place of businesses and hotels have been suspended until times are safer for all.

However, Yard Art is a way we can provide a “No Contact Delivery or Safe Place”. Yard Art would be set up on your front lawn. To be safe, we will wear a mask.

Just about everything shown in the portfolio section can be considered Yard Art. You’ll find a lot to choose from.

Yard Art deliveries are set-up between the hours of 10a-1p and 2-5p., 7 days a week, weather permitting.  Best to call 7 days ahead to place your order. Everything is on a first come first serve bases.

Sometimes.…   Not all ceilings are balloon friendly.  For instance, everyone loves the look of balloons on the ceiling. Right?  Heat travels up, static electricity and light bulbs can also cause latex to pop.   Watch out for the ceiling fans too.

While on the topic of balloons on the ceiling, if you have a cathedral ceiling, helium balloons will naturally travel to the highest point.

Latex balloons outside can sometimes be tricky.  If it is hot, balloons can oxidize which means latex balloons will become more opaque and their color can change (not necessarily a bad thing). Heat can cause balloons to pop.  If it’s raining or misty, helium balloons will not float.  However, if your design can be done on a structure the rain should not affect the balloons.

Microfoil (mylar) balloons can react to heat and cold as well. If Microfoils are left inside a hot car they will certainly pop. Outside in the heat popping can happen too.

Have you noticed sometimes when you bring your micofoil balloon inside to a cool environment it may look wrinkly as if its loosing air. Give it a little time and it will fill out and be just fine.

I do not encourage balloon releases of any size.  Love your balloons, love your environment!

Even though latex balloons are biodegradeable, foil or mylar balloons are not. Keep your foil balloons safe!   Don’t let them go.  Always keep your balloons anchored with a weight at all times.

Why?  Even a single balloon can cause Power outages.

Don’t litter.  The wind can blow them into our lakes and rivers. Be kind to animals.  Enjoy your balloons.  Keep them anchored at all times.

Can you imagine a world without balloons?  A world without smiles?  I can’t.  Remember, when done, just Pin it!   Then Bin It!
