Welcome World!! I thought I would tell you a little about myself and how balloons fit into my DNA. I’m Francie and my love for balloons started in 1988. Sounds like a long time ago doesn’t it?
I opened up Balloons Sound Great in California and had an amazing journey of 31 years in the industry. During this time I became a CBA, Certified Balloon Artist, I have taught balloon classes, competed at the World Balloon Convention and collaborated in designs for galas and more with West Coast Balloons and Balloon Art Convention. I also have been responsible for the educational classes and all the instructors, some of which came from other countries along with handling competition entries.
I was a charter member of the Qualatex SoCal Balloon Network group for over 23 years and held office of President for 6 of those years.
